  “Our dog has to have a bath each week because of skin conditions. Since she's been going to Head to Tail her skin has improved. They've been very accommodating. The dog doesn't care for baths - never has. But she likes the people there and they're lovely to her. We do get a bit of a discount because she goes each week and is easy to handle.”

  “I took my yorkie for just a bath.I told them dont cut hi hair .When I picked up my dog they didnt cut his hair but they Shaved his testicles so close that they nicked him and the whole area was red and irritated. As if it was razor burned. I dont know what they did to him but when I picked him up he was shaking and scared.Not to mention he charged me $43.00 for a bath!!!!! Dont EVER take your dog here.They're a bunch of freaks!!!!”
